Structural Design

  • Foundations for residential and light commercial structures;

  • Foundations for equipment and machinery;

  • Retaining walls- concrete, timber, and segmented;

  • Structural systems - new construction and additions or remodels;

  • Construction inspections;

  • Approved by 2-10 Home Buyer’s Warranty.

We recommend foundations for structures or equipment and machinery be engineered because of the weak and expansive soils present in many parts of Texas.  This may require a geotechnical investigation to establish the design parameters.  It is much less expensive to have a properly engineered foundation design than it is to attempt remedial repairs during the life of the structure.  Further, evidence of foundation repairs may make a structure more difficult to sell.
