Richard T. Williams, P.E. is the Owner and Chief Engineer. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (Civil) in Texas and New Mexico. He holds BSCE and MBA degrees from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
